Mold Building Capabilities:

 

We are equipped with more than 30 sets of Plastic Molds making machines, including CNC machines, Digital-control EMDs and EWCs for Injection Mould fabrication.Now there are about 30 workers are responsible for the molds building workshop. We can build the molds as following:

 

1, Molds up to 1.5 meters size and up to 15 tons weight

2, Hot-runner Molds

3, Gas-assisted Molds

4, Double-colored Molds

 

 

Injection Molding Capabilities:

 

 

As a big injection mold and injection molding company in Shanghai,we have equiped with more than forty sets of injection molding machines.Their tonnage are from 50T to 600t.In order to satisfy the more and more clients form all over the world, Vulcan imported new injection moulding machines from South Korea.
