1. 2d/3d files or samples,better with tool spec.
 

2. Quotation offered within 3 days with professional value whole.

 

3. Sign back the quotation or issue order.

 

4. Project characters
1) Part structure analyzing
2) Mold structure analyzing
3) Plastic / steel material analyzing
4) Plastic moulding injection process analyzing

 

5. Update 3d /2d part files.

 

6. Mold Design start from 3d and offered within 3-7 days against final part 2d/3d files.

 

7. Weekly progress report with mold process pictures offered.

 

8. Plastic Parts samples submitted with parameter & FAI report.

 

9. Final fully injection Plastic Mold inspection according to customer's tool specification.

 

10. Plastic parts and mold package with export standard, can offer both air & sea shipment.
